Door to Door is an easier way to shop for food.  Shopping for groceries can become very time consuming when working 40 hour weeks.  Door to Door gives you the option to transition smoothly to the online shopping model.  With free same day delivery, Door to Door brings the grocery items straight from the grocery to your door.

What is Door to Door?

Door to Door is an online supermarket delivery service.  We have partnered with Tru Valu to bring your groceries directly to your home.  By using our website, www.doortodoortt.com, you can create shopping lists, add items to your cart, pay online and receive free delivery for all your grocery needs straight to your door.

How do I know my order went through?

After you checkout, you will receive an email from our team letting you know that we have received the order.  The email will contain your order number, a summary of your order and your order total.

What are the door to door delivery hours?

Door to Door accepts orders at any time 7 days a week.  

For same day delivery – Monday to Saturday- the order must be placed between the hours of 9am and 5pm.  If the order is placed after 5pm, your order will be shopped for and delivered the following day.

For same day delivery on Sunday, the order must be placed between 9am and 3pm.  If the order is placed after 3pm, your order will be shopped for and delivered the following day.

What happens if an item I ordered for delivery is out of stock?

When our shoppers are finished picking items for your order, you will receive a call or message through Whats App regarding items that are out of stock.  

During this time, you can chat with our shopper and find a suitable substitute.  During this time, you can ask the shopper to add items that you forgot to order or delete items that you ordered by mistake.

How are customer service issues resolved by door to door?

We currently deliver to areas in the West, Maraval, Moka, Diego Martin and Port of Spain.  By clicking the POS Delivery Areas link on our site www.doortodoortt.com, you can view the full list of neighbourhoods to which we currently deliver

Why is there a hold placed on my credit card?

A hold is placed on your credit card in the event that the order total ends up being more than the one displayed at checkout.  One of the reasons for this is if your order is adjusted because of out of stock items.  After your order is finalized and processed, your card will be charged

Will the prices for door to door be the same as in store?

The prices listed on the site reflect the actual value of prices in the store

How do I cancel an order?
