
CHICKEN BURRITO
6-8 oz — boneless and skinless chicken breast
1 cup — brown rice
1⁄2 cup — asparagus
1⁄2 cup — diced tomato
1⁄2 — avocado
1/2 cup — chopped onion
1 — whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp — goat cheese cilantro
DIRECTIONS
1 Broil chicken breast for about 7 minutes.
2 Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
3 Steam asparagus.
4 Dice chicken, asparagus, tomato, and avocado.
5 Put rice on wrap and top with chicken, veggies, and goat cheese.
6 Fold and serve with salsa and 0% fat Greek Yogurt
