GRILLED MAHI

1 lb — Mahi Mahi filets

11⁄2 tbsp — olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste

1 — lemon plus 

1/2 lemon sliced

4 sprigs — of thyme

DIRECTIONS

1 Coat filets with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and sprigs of thyme.

2 Let marinade for 15 minutes in refrigerator.

3 Cook on grill over medium heat, 6 minutes per side.

4 Remove fish from the grill, squeeze remaining lemon on top, and serve.
