{"id":525575,"date":"2022-01-11T09:48:23","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T13:48:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.doortodoortt.com\/west\/?p=525575"},"modified":"2023-10-04T12:09:04","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T16:09:04","slug":"tortellini-soup-with-italian-sausage-and-kale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shop.doortodoortt.com\/west\/tortellini-soup-with-italian-sausage-and-kale\/","title":{"rendered":"TORTELLINI SOUP WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND KALE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 lb Mild Italian Sausage, Ground<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 Garlic Cloves, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 can of crushed tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tbsp tomato paste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bunch of kale (remove stems)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 bag tortellini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup of heavy cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmesan cheese (optional) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red pepper flakes (optional)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the sausage, onions and garlic to the pot and saut\u00e9 until the onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. (Drain off any excessive fat.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the chicken stock, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
