1/2 cup — steel cut oats
2 tbsp — flaxseed
1/2 cup — water
1/2 cup — almond milk
1 — banana, sliced
1 — apple, chopped
1 tbsp — chopped walnuts or almonds
1 tsp — ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1 Combine oats, water and almond milk in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high 3 minutes.
2 Top with banana slices, chopped apple, walnuts, and cinnamon.
